Returns

For returns, you must contact support@havokathletic.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and submit a return form (click here for return form). Please mark the subject as “RETURN REQUEST” and include your order number in the email.

Our policy lasts 14 days. Havok Athletic must receive your returned item within 14 days of your order being delivered, or we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Havok Athletic does not provide any refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind. 

Havok Athletic does not provide any refunds, exchanges or returns on international orders. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No returns, exchanges or refunds can be provided on items that have been worn, altered or washed. 

Certain items are exempt from being returned. Due to hygiene issues, we do not provide refunds, exchanges or returns on socks. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer’s expense. Havok Athletic will not issue a refund if you provide the incorrect address. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Once processed, your financial institution may take 3-5 business days to process the funds back to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@havokathletic.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are for the same or similar items only. You cannot exchange shorts for a tank top.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If we do not have the exact style or size in stock, we will exchange for a similar style to the exact value of the returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Havok Athletic, 37 Steeltrap Drive, Bungarribee NSW 2767.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exemptions include damaged or faulty items.

We recommend returning items using a trackable postage method. Havok Athletic will not be held liable for return parcels lost in transit. 

  1. Complete the return form (click here for return form) and email it to us at support@havokathletic.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Mark the subject as “RETURN REQUEST” and include your order number. Please complete the form requirements with all details to assist in the smooth process of your request. 
  2. Return your product (we recommend using a trackable postage method) to Havok Athletic, 37 Steeltrap Drive, Bungarribee NSW 2767. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
